Mental Health Care for Adults, Teens & Kids

Dealing with a mental illness can be an isolating experience, whether you’re dealing with your own mental health, or the behavioral issues of a friend or loved one. Fortunately, it’s a process that you don’t have to face alone.

Kingwood Pines Hospital has a number of treatment programs that can help patients of all ages. Whether your teen’s mental health condition has declined, or you’re looking for a geriatric psychiatric hospital, or seeking outpatient group counseling after completing an inpatient or residential program elsewhere, we’re eager to help you. Our goal is to make it easy for you or your family member to receive the type of treatment best suited for your mental health condition.

MORE ABOUT OUR PSYCHIATRIC FACILITY

Kingwood Pines Hospital offers inpatient treatment, outpatient services and partial hospitalization programs for individuals who suffer from psychiatric, behavioral or chemical dependency issues. We provide a caring and calm environment and treat all patients with respect and dignity. Our continuum of care includes inpatient and outpatient treatment options for adolescents, and adults struggling with behavioral health issues and mental disorders. We even offer outpatient rehab services for adults struggling with addiction who are stable enough to live at home during treatment.

Our treatment team is dedicated to providing all patients with high quality inpatient programs and outpatient care, whether they’re working with young people or older adults. All our physicians are board certified in general psychiatry. In addition, we have three board-certified physicians in addiction psychiatry (for our inpatient rehab/detox and addiction treatment programs) and two in forensic psychiatry.

This robust team of professionals is here to help with diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric problems, even when those issues are accompanied by a co-occurring drug or alcohol addiction. To read more about their training and certifications, you can visit the American Psychiatric Association (APA) to further educate yourself, find additional resources and more.

ABOUT OUR CAMPUS

Our treatment center has 116 licensed acute care inpatients beds. Our facility is expansive, offering multiple options for all age groups to be comfortable. From a yoga space and a gym, to playground areas and a quiet reading room, there is ample room for treatment and therapeutic leisure.
